overview:

 I was asked to make a full, 10.875”x14.25” with bleed, page ad for the sports business journal’s march 16th, 2020 issue. The ad’s purpose was to recognize anheuser-busch’s vp of partnership, Nick kelly, for the 40 under 40 accomplishment, and thank hhim for all he has done for ambse.

design:

I was sent two photos to choose from. I chose this one because it showed all of anheuser’s products that we offer at mercedes-benz stadium, and shows a quiet confidence that seemed strong. For the typography I wanted to show contrast between the “congratulations “ didot bold and the din black “nick kelly.” i didn’t want the type layout to over power the photo, and since the page size is so big, i thought the type layout added a nice compliment to the photo.
